We were involved in a complex network of several transactions pertaining to this National Historic Landmark. Original home to the local High School, we facilitated the sale of this building to a group we were involved with at that time. This group then sold its interest to another party and we continued our involvement with the building by ushering the project through a myriad of approvals and renovations. Creative techniques were used to maximize amenities and minimize common areas, including but not limited to conversion of the lower level for on-site storage. The 43,000 square foot, class-A office building that was created for multi-tenant occupancy is located in the downtown area of Englewood, New Jersey and has consistently maintained a high level of occupancy due to its superior location and unique characteristics.
