Krame Development acquired approximately 10 acres of vacant land along the Passaic River in Fairfield, NJ. when their partner in the deal decided not to pursue the acquisition due to numerous and significant environmental issues. The property was well located on a County Road and in close proximity to routes 46, 80 and 23. As a result of close coordination with several environmental groups and sound engineering practices, we were able to obtain all local, county, state and federal permits, including but not limited to stream encroachment permits and wetlands permits. A high-tech office/warehouse facility consisting of 63,000 square feet was constructed on-site and quickly leased to a single tenant.
