Although many had tried, we were successful in acquiring an old residential home on approximately 2 acres of land owned and occupied by the Smith Family, original settlers of this area. The property is ideally situated at the intersection of routes 80 and 287 in Parsippany, NJ, and 1/8th mile from Route 46. Furthermore, it is directly opposite the upscale Tara Sheraton Hotel and surrounded by several million square feet of first class office space. A commitment was obtained from a single tenant to occupy the entire 24,000 square foot building as its headquarters and a foreign investment fund purchased the building upon lease commencement for what was then a record sales price for similar office buildings in New Jersey.
