We were instrumental in facilitating a joint venture agreement between two contiguous property owners of approximately 6+/- acres of land located 1/8 mile from the George Washington Bridge. Both sites were previously used as junk yards and the property now consists of a first-class 240 room hotel with extensive conference, banquet and restaurant facilities. Serving the needs of hundreds of local businesses within a 2-mile radius, as well as a large Asian population, this facility is consistently ranked as one of the highest occupancy hotels within the chain.

A 3+/- acre parcel of land was specifically set-aside in the middle of the Bridgewater Promenade Shopping center to accommodate a hotel. Interest was expressed by every major hotel chain not then currently operating in the area and we selected the Hilton Garden Hotel chain as being the best fit for the project. Consisting of 129 guest rooms, a conference center and banquet facilities, this hotel has maintained high levels of occupancy due to its convenient location at the intersections of Routes 28 and 287, as well as its proximity to the TD Bank Ballpark, home of the Somerset Patriots.
